In addition to the Board of Orkla Management attended the three hunters and fishermen associations in Orkla, representative from local government, supervision and Council Chairman at the meeting.
The season 2010 started well, despite we had a late spring. Much rain has produced good fishing conditions in much of the season and catches have been at times very good.
+7 kg's fish has been better than usual, which is mainly due to the delayed start of the sea net fishing. So far, there has been an average run of medium weight salmon. In the past it has in the lower parts of the river been very well with grilse (1-2 kg). Reports from the sea also provides the basis for expecting a further rise of medium weight salmon and grilse..
