Update

The river conditions has been exelent so far, good water levels and high water temperatures this time to be. The high temperature makes the river easy runned for the salmons, now it's pased over 643 salmons at the counter on Bjørset dam in Meldal. This is significantly above what has gone up in recent years, that early in the season. Record years 2001 and 2002 had at this time (28 / 5), respectively, 335 and 235 each. Some grilse have already been registry in May on the Mølnbukt project, and that's a old sign for a good salmon-year! 3 fully booked teams are fishing the opening at the Lodge's pools, still available rods for June, July and August.
