- 1st week

Catch of the week. 11,5 kg at Solbu 6. june by Geir Inge Svellingsen

One salmon weight 9,4 kg landed 1st of june, and one lost the first day.
At midnight untill early morning the river went to a very high flow caused by a heavy rainfall in the surrending mountains. Fishing was next to impossible all river. From day 3 the river went down to a beautifull flow between 70 - 75m3 at the lowest pools, 22m3 at Storås pool. It rises a little every evening because of high temps in daytime (25-28c) so that snowmelting takes effect nighttime. some of the salmons that are lost have been of the huge size and with this water level they get a good help from the river to escape.
8/6: Status: 5 salmons landed and 8 lost.
